This Customer suffered an impact to their roof their home, where  a large tree branch fell during a storm and impacted the roof. Special care was required as the existing roof cladding was Asbestos. An urgent make safe to encapsulate, remove debris and prevent access near the area was conducted, along with necessary testing to mitigate any further loss or injury. and due to the roof cladding material, and roof replacement was required.
